Hand Study | 18″ x 24″ | Charcoal on Paper and Collage from 2001
This was another assignment for my Drawing 1 class at Broward College. We drew the sketches individually as party of 1 and 2 minute timed sketching exercises. Then we were supposed to cut them into a collage and tell a story with the different images. Mine is a game of basketball with cheerleaders and all. The teacher loved it so much that she asked to keep it for collection of examples to show students. I was honored but was able to snap this pic before it got away. I wonder if she still shows it?
